Hollywood Entertainment Museum is a truly unique and extraordinary place to host a special event, conference or screening party. Located in the heart of Hollywood, the Museum lets you entertain your guests among authentic sets, an array of Hollywood memorabilia and historical Hollywood props. Advanced audio/visual capabilities and a screening room are available


Rotunda

Surround your guests with the glamour of Hollywood. A striking venue with a 35-foot ceiling; a stage embedded with a quarter-scale model of Hollywood built in the 1940s; a 25-foot screen which can be used to show VHS, DVD or link-up your PC for a professional presentation. Our six-minute Hollywood show by Academy Award winner Chuck Workman can also be shown at your request.

The West Wing

The site of the original sets from Cheers, Star Trek and The X-Files; the spaces can be used independently or together for dramatic, appealing venues.

The Screening Room

If you are looking for a quiet place to show your next short or feature film The Screening Room can accommodate all your needs. It plays Beta, VHS or DVD with full surround sound and seats 47 in theatre seats. It is available for independent premieres, student short films, publicity screenings, parties and all other events.


Hollywood Entertainment Museum

Rent the entire Museum, creating a 33,000-square-foot event that will break attendance records and make you a star. This includes use of the Museum, including Rotunda, West Wing, and affiliated queing areas.

Logistics

A non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to reserve the facility. The remaining 50% must be paid directly to Hollywood Entertainment Museum no later than five days prior to the event.
Parking is available at the rate of $5 per car. The underground garage offers in excess of 800 parking spaces. Operated by Ampco Parking, clients can make arrangements with the parking company for valet and pre-paid service.


Set-Up

No event may begin set-up within the Museum's exhibit areas prior to 6 p.m. on days the Museum is open to the public.
Exhibit space is available at 9 a.m. on days the Museum is not open to the public.
Tear down must be complete by renter no later than 1 a.m. the same evening.


Rental Includes

Basic Museum security (additional security, selected by the Museum, will be provided at the expense of the renter.)
Basic Museum janitorial services at evening rates (any extraordinary clean-up will be provided at the expense of the renter and negotiated by the Museum's janitorial company.)
Basic power, including existing lighting and multimedia capabilities. Renter will provide all additional lighting, sound and production equipment usage of which must be coordinated with the Museum's technical director.
The Museum's marketing director and technical director, or their agents, will be on-site for the event.
