Hollywood Entertainment Museum has permanently closed from its location on Hollywood Blvd. after 10 years of providing a mix of culture and education. The Board of Directors of the Museum decided to close that location and move into the next decade by broadening its mission to tell the story of Los Angeles at a new location in downtown and expanding its entertainment themed high school and after-school programs offered through The Education Center for the Entertainment Arts. HEM will continue to be a unique fusion of education, community and culture grounded in a deep sense of social responsibility and exemplify the spirit of Los Angeles as we move forward.
