The Hollywood Legacy Awards celebrate individuals and families for their artistic and humanitarian achievements. This year the entire cast of NBC’s hit show, “Heroes," will receive the Hollywood Legacy Community Service Award and talented brothers Rob and Chad Lowe will receive the Hollywood Legacy Family Award.   Honorees will join the ranks of former recipients including the Bridges, Hustons, Fondas, Clooneys, Sherry Lansing and William Friedkin, Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson, and Johnny Grant. More honorees for this year's awards will be announced shortly.

All proceeds from this event support HEM’s education programs serving thousands of LA County’s highest at risk youth utilizing the entertainment arts to breakdown social and economic barriers.  It is a very exciting time as we prepare to move to our new home with our longtime partner, Los Angeles County Office of Education, in the heart of the Media District on Highland Avenue. This transition will allow HEM to reinstate its successful and comprehensive after school media arts program positively impacting the Hollywood community.
